about

Jupiter is our very first single release. We wrote, recorded, mixed and mastered it ourselves and we couldn't be more excited to share it with you.

lyrics

Five hundred fifty five million miles is all they ask.
He finds it hard to feel his legs, as he stows away the past.
These cowards are asked to throw away his life,
lift it off with hypergolic might.
They ask, save us please,
anoint us with your blood.

With an almost carnal love for space, the void stares back at him.
He will hunt for them in this distant place, such greed won't let him free.
He cannot deny them, it's his only choice. Traitor to himself,
he'll finish his life off in the void.

Brilliant in every way, they construct a ship so strong and fast.
For a mission to a place, no man has been to a place so vast.
Gaseous, massive giant, king of gods on Romes behalf.
Precious minerals, founding a new generation of malicious greed.

His crimes so heinous, he's pardoned for his knowledge.
Blood spilled in passion, pushing him far away.
His evil life falls away, as the earth grows more distant.
He's free now to die in peace, though he'll never be redeemed.
He puts the ship on it's course, as he sets for hyper sleep.
His thoughts expanding, paralyzing he'll dream of them.
The suns light hits him, so bright, with such deep shadows.
A six year sleep, haunted by screaming scarlet meadows.

Chorus: A nauseating feeling, when he shuts his eyes he knows
He can't escape his guilt and his tears let it show.
Now he faces a blackened judgment, on his way to meet a god.
He'll break an ancient silence, conversing with a toxic fog.
Behemoth of proportions baffling to human minds.
Into a storm so old, all he can see now is his crimes.
The red eye seeks him out, as he sleeps it draws him in
Rip apart his evil deeds, showing a blackened core of sin.

A violent shudder wakes him from his sleep.
It's time.
He takes up the helm.
And steers into the eye of god.
Stoic in resolve, the gasses flood the ship.
Scarlet arms of a vengeful king
welcome him home to the most secluded grave.

The gale force winds rage against the hull,
The ship begins to rip apart, he try's to stay his course.
It's all too much, he closes his eyes
In search for peace, as the shuttle rips and dies.
He's met with images of his wife dead in his arms, the blood he's drowning in is hers, she's followed him through the stars.

Chorus 2: A nauseating feeling, when he shuts his eyes he knows. He can't escape his guilt and the tears let it show.
Now he faces a blackened judgment, on his way to meet a god. He'll break an ancient silence, and he'll not be spared the rod.
A nauseating feeling, when he shuts his eyes he knows. He can't escape his guilt, and the tears let it show.
Now he faces a blackened judgment, on his way to meet a god. He'll break an ancient silence, and he'll not be spared the rod.
